The Big Picture

Local shops and bars across Austin are handing out small rewards to voters who show an "I Voted" sticker. Community Impact published a roundup of 28 Austin-area giveaways that link early voting and Election Day participation to things like free drinks, food and discounts at neighborhood businesses.

The list includes cafes, bars, thrift shops and small retailers from Central Austin to Round Rock and Lakeway, and it names each location’s offer and address. This is a directory-style item meant to help voters redeem sticker perks after they vote.

What Changed

Community Impact assembled the offers into a single list for the 2026 early-voting window and Election Day. The change is organizational: instead of hunting for individual promotions, readers get one place to see who’s offering what across Austin and nearby suburbs.

That consolidation makes it easier to plan a post-vote stop — from a free pancake at Kerbey Lane to a free TF Original taco at Taco Flats — without digging through social posts or multiple websites.

What's Next

Early voting runs Oct. 19–Oct. 30, and Election Day is Nov. 3; individual offers have their own validity windows listed in the Community Impact piece. The roundup names each business, its explicit offer and an address, and links to the business when available, so check the story for the exact terms before you go.

Go vote, collect your sticker, then use the list like a scavenger map for free coffee, discounted drinks and the occasional taco; it turns civic duty into a cheap reward and that is the sort of tiny victory we will accept tonight.
