The Big Picture
Life keeps serving the same cravings; sometimes the city answers with a salad that refuses to be boring. Counter Culture announced it reopened Sept. 8 with a permanent spot in Windsor Park and is currently running a soft opening, according to the brand’s Instagram and a Community Impact interview with owner Susan Davis.
It’s a plant-based diner led by Susan Davis that has returned to Austin with a fixed address in Windsor Park and a cautious rollout of hours while the team settles in.
What's Next
During the soft opening, Counter Culture is open Tuesday–Sunday from 5–10 p.m. Davis told Community Impact the plan is to expand to 11 a.m.–midnight, seven days a week, by mid-October. The team said they’re focused on daily operations and haven’t set a grand opening date.
The report and the brand’s Instagram post do not list a menu, prices, or the exact Windsor Park street address; Community Impact’s piece is available at Community Impact. Consider this a dinner option that arrived quietly and wants to stay that way—bring patience and an appetite, not assumptions.
