The Big Picture
Life is a conveyor belt of tiny shoes and outgrown onesies, and now Round Rock has a stop where you can turn that clutter into cash. Once Upon a Child, a franchise consignment store for children’s clothing, shoes, toys and baby gear, will open to shoppers Nov. 5 at 1601 S. I‑35, Ste. 325. The location is locally owned by Jim and Karly English, who also operate the southwest Austin store.
What Changed
The store had been in a buying period since August, accepting gently used items from community members in preparation for opening. That buying-only phase ends with the store’s shift to full retail operations on Nov. 5, when the public can shop the inventory the store acquired over the summer.
